Market Pulse Rules
Market Pulse is Profit Pulse Ally's recurring investment challenge. Each cycle, members review daily market signal cards, choose Bullish or Cautious, and compete on the leaderboard until PPA Insight is revealed. Some days may be Market rest days — you can still check in and claim participation. Rules may be updated from time to time; this page describes how the challenge generally works today.
What Market Pulse is
Market Pulse is an educational daily challenge. You read published market signal cards, lock in a Bullish or Cautious view before the reveal window, and compare your calls with PPA Insight when the cycle ends. It is designed to practice disciplined market judgment — not to recommend real investments.
How the 10-day challenge works
Leaderboard competition runs in recurring 10-day cycles (Hong Kong time). Each cycle has a fixed start and end; the homepage countdown shows time remaining in the current cycle.
- Cycles repeat on a regular schedule from our published epoch (see site countdown).
- Decisions during a cycle are stored against that cycle; leaderboard rankings are cycle-scoped, not all-time.
- When a new cycle begins, the leaderboard starts fresh for that cycle. Revealed results from earlier cycles stay available on the leaderboard archive selector.
- Until PPA Insight is revealed for a cycle, public standings and personal scores stay hidden on the leaderboard page.
- Some cycle days may publish a Market rest card instead of a signal card. Rest days still count toward your daily card progress when you claim participation.

Market rest days
On a Market rest day there is no Bullish/Cautious prediction. You can still stay in the challenge by claiming participation for that card.
- Rest cards appear in your daily playable list like any other published card.
- Sign in and tap Claim participation to record your check-in for that day.
- Rest cards award +10 participation points only — no PPA match bonus and no streak bonus.
- Completing a rest card counts toward cards played and decisions submitted for the cycle.
- Rest cards are neutral for signal-match streaks: they do not count as correct or incorrect predictions, do not increment the streak, and do not reset or break it. Streak bonuses use consecutive correct SIGNAL cards only.
Market rest days
On a Market rest day there is no Bullish/Cautious prediction. You can still stay in the challenge by claiming participation for that card.

- Rest cards are neutral for signal-match streaks: they do not count as correct or incorrect predictions, do not increment the streak, and do not reset or break it. Streak bonuses use consecutive correct SIGNAL cards only.
How scores are calculated
After PPA Insight is revealed, scores are calculated server-side from the cards you completed in that cycle:
- Signal card participation: +10 for each Bullish or Cautious decision submitted.
- Correct signal match: +50 when your call matches PPA's signal on a signal card.
- Streak bonus: +100 every 3 consecutive correct signal matches (rest cards are skipped and do not break the streak).
- Market rest card: +10 participation only when you claim participation on a rest day.
Match and streak points are not shown publicly until reveal. Rest cards never require PPA and are never matched against PPA.

One Ocean Park ticket is awarded to the winner of each cycle.
Participation does not guarantee a prize. We reserve the right to verify eligibility, withhold or substitute the prize where permitted, and update terms for future cycles.

Scores must come from normal play in the official Market Pulse game. Manipulating client data, automating play, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass server checks may result in score removal or account restrictions. We may apply additional validation over time; this is not an exhaustive anti-cheat system.

You must sign in with a Profit Pulse Ally member account to play and appear on cycle leaderboards. Guest visitors can browse the hub and revealed standings but cannot see a personal score panel. One account per person is expected; profile history and the leaderboard archive show your past cycle results.
